Terms of Service

Welcome to LogicCourse. These Terms of Service govern access to our structured thinking and AI-assisted problem solving courses, digital materials, and merchandise.

1. General

By enrolling or purchasing, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Enrollment and Access

Enrollment in courses and access to materials begins upon receipt of full payment. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable unless permitted by section 5.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are due at the time of purchase. We accept standard methods as indicated at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Participants may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of course modules have been accessed. To apply, contact our support team via the support form. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment account within 7 business days of approval. Alternatively, participants may transfer their enrollment to a future session of equivalent value, provided the request is received at least 7 days before the original session start date.

4.2 Digital Products

Digital downloads and online guides qualify for a refund within 30 days of purchase if no more than 20% of content has been accessed. Submit requests via the support form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days.

4.3 Physical Goods

Merchandise may be sent back unused and in original condition within 30 days of shipment. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Product fees will be refunded within 14 business days of receipt and inspection.

4.4 Non-Refundable Services

Customized consultations, coaching packages, and other tailored services are non-refundable due to bespoke preparation and allocation of resources. These conditions are disclosed at the time of purchase.

5. Service Transfers

Clients may transfer enrollment to another participant or session once per purchase, subject to availability and with at least 7 days notice before the event start date.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and interactionmarks are the exclusive property of LogicCourse and protected by law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogicCourse’s liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees paid for the specific service or product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
